The La Jara Downtown Revitilization Committee is working to bring economic development and a greater sense of community to the town of La Jara and the greater Conejos County area. One way they are seeking to meet these goals is to start a farmers market. The purpose of the La Jara Market & Family Fun Fair is to bring neighbors together and to stimulate the local economy.
Committee members invite any and all San Luis Valley residents to come visit the market every Friday and Saturday in the month of August and September from 3:00-7:00 at the Catholic Church.
